if your have an uncommon car, you’re probably going to need an uncommon insurance policy… a collector’s policy for your rare auto insurance.  while the state farms and geicos of the world will insure high end cars (within reason – almost nobody will insure a mclaren, salee, bugatti, or others of their ilk), their policies tend to be pretty darn pricey and when you’re talking cars that run a quarter million of a dollars and up, the premiums on those policies can get out of hand in a hurry – get a collector’s policy and you’re going to be a lot better off.
