A Stupid Joke

While in high school, my son and a bunch of friends decided to pull a senior prank. Unfortunately, they didn’t think this through and the police were called in. All of the kids involved were arrested. Most were only seventeen and the cops decided to charge them as juveniles, but my son’s eighteenth birthday was the week before so he was charged as an adult. Now he has a criminal record and is having trouble finding a job. We are going to see a lawyer to see if they can expuge record florida. No one was hurt by the prank and he paid for the damages out of his own pocket so, as far as I’m concerned, it should be removed.
