Today I will be hiring a person to manage Offshore Web Design accounts that my company has. When I ran the ad last week, I would have never thought we would get such a huge response. Within two days I had hundreds of resumes pouring in. It took me almost a week just to read through half of them. I picked the ten candidates I thought had the best qualifications. They will all be interviewing at some point today. It is going to be one crazy day here at work. I hope we find the perfect person in this batch of candidates. I sure don’t want to do this all over again.
