Sanitizing Food Preparation Areas

Factory food sanitation is a key need for food production.  Guidelines have greatly improved the manner in which areas are cleaned and sanitized.  However, they’re instituted by manual methods, which is prone to human error. 

Fruittek has created a fogging system that can sanitize anywhere air can reach.  The system is not a full cleaning arrangement, but is to be used as a secondary sanitizing step.  It can be used in conjunction with currently existing equipment.  Fogging equipment is set up with a droplet size of 4.2 microns, which can reach into areas such as the undersides of conveyor belts and even the ceiling surface.
