Trying to Run Errands

I was heading out the door the this morning because I had to go to my lawyers office to talk about Legal Funding. As I was shutting the door to my apartment my landlady came to me and started talking, and boy can she ever talk. She can go on for hours and hours about absolutely nothing. She thinks that because she doesn’t have a job anymore and that she’s retired, nobody else must have anything to do either. When I have errands to run, I just want to get them done so that I can get back home and get to work again. I wish people understood how hard I work.
