Tone Up Your Stomach With A Lower Ab Workout

A few friends and I are going to be going out to Florida to enjoy our spring break.  The only problem is that I want to tighten up my stomach quickly and easily, but I am not sure what to do.  One of my friends told me that I need to look into just doing a lower ab workout because it is the best way to tone up that area.  I took his advice and sure enough I found one that seems to be highly effective for the individuals that did it.  I am starting my workout in a few days and hopefully I will get what I want.
