What I Prepared For Finals This Year

I am in culinary school and I love it. I am thrilled with the hope of one day being a well know chef. I’ve learned a lot in a short amount of time. My favorite thing to do is make desserts. For my finals this term I’m required to make a 3 course meal. I decided to prepare a chicken cooked in sherry. My only problem was Where to Buy the best cooking sherry around. Since I knew ahead of time what my final assignment was I had time to prepare. I ordered a small bottle of the best cooking sherry online. I got a A plus for my final mark.
