Selling Online: Learning From Your Customers

The secret of my success: I’ve always learnt from my customers.  It’s hardly a secret actually, just common sense.  I’ve sold jewellery for years but don’t take for granted what my customers want.  They tell me what they want.  And so over the years I’ve changed my stock gradually to suit the tastes and requirements of my customers. For example, nowadays, natural stones jewellery is very popular so I give my customers a big choice in cabochon and other natural stones. 

My advice is to have the ability on your site for visitors to leave feedback and requests / wish lists for products.
