My wife and I drove over to lakeside the other day to look at the small condo that was up for sale. My wife had found this condo advertised on an Internet website that had distressed properties for sale. She was originally looking at examples of website development agreements. This was something she had been doing for the past few days. How she came about finding the real estate website was something of a mystery to me. We ended up looking at the condo a little closer when we first saw it. I just hope we can afford it on our salaries.
